SOSTAC method.

O: Objectives: SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely).

OUTLINING TACTICS &ACTIONS

T: Tactics: This is the allocation of digital resources or communication resources that are required to achieve the objectives set.

A:Actions: indicate how and when these will be utilised. This is shown using digital plan timelines and content plans

DEVELOPING A STRATEGY


S: Strategy: Target Audience based on current consumers and future consumers based on the marketing mix (product, place, price, people, process and physical evidence/packaging).

Current Brand Perception Map : How consumers perceive and review the brand

C: Control: This is the use of analytics to assess the viability of the strategy, tactics and actions at achieving the set objectives.


This is done via Key Performance Indicator reports monthly and every quarter depending on the timeline set for the objective.
